Minors at the Belle Center Policy

Notice: The Belle Center hosts numerous events that are open to the public. During these events, as well as during rentals and members-only events, the Belle Center does not serve as a formal youth program or school-like setting. Belle Center staff and volunteers are not acting in loco parentis (in place of a parent). They take on no formal supervisory roles like transportation, medical oversight, or discipline. Per Belle Center policy, any youth under the age of 14 is required to have their own adult supervision. The Belle Center has a code of conduct based on respect, safety and no harassment. As a private organization, the Belle Center reserves the right to request any attendee to leave the premises for any reason in accordance with state and federal laws.
